Curriculum

Graduated in Lettere classiche at the University of Messina (2004), took his specialization in Archeologia Classica e Medievale at the Scuola di Specializzazione ‘D. Adamesteanu’ of the University of Salento - Lecce (2008), PhD in Archaeology at Università di Messina. He pursued his first Post-doctorate on the Hellenistic Architectural decoration of Nea Paphos - Cyprus at University of Thessaly (Volos) and currently he is carrying out a post-doctoral research on the spolia in Sicily at Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology of the University of São Paulo. He is member of the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Nea Paphos and has experience on field of Archaeology with focus on: Greek and Roman Architecture, Hellenistic and Imperial architectural decoration, re-use of spolia especially of Sicily and Cyprus
